If you're having trouble getting the confetti to stick to the sides of the balloons, before inflating the balloon, spray a little bit of water into the balloon and rub the confetti with your hands repeatedly to distribute them uniformly inside the balloon, so that the moisture helps the pieces of gold confetti stick to the balloon. This is the key to having success with Confetti staying on sides.

Blow up with air or helium and tie closed.Use a balloon pump to fill; don't use your mouth. It floats beautifully with helium (helium-filled balloons will pop more easily due to lower density). The floating time is dependent on how it is handled.

Helium is sensitive to temperature, so avoid extreme heat & extreme cold. On a hot day, balloons may come down quicker. Inflating the balloon very close to the start time of your event is recommended.
